Eligibility Criterion

Eligibility for MBA

  1. A graduate with Bachelor or Master Degree from any discipline who has passed with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) from a recognized University.
  2. The candidates in their final year degree (Bachelors or Masters) are also eligible to apply. The admission of student will remain provisional until the other necessary certificates are submitted to the institute. The last date to submit all the certificates in original, shall be 25th August 2021. If the certificates are not submitted by the said date, the eligibility will not be granted and the admission would automatically be cancelled.
  3. The candidate should be an Indian National.
  4. Subject to the fulfillment of above conditions, the final admission is based solely on the merit at the All India entrance test (B-MAT 2021) conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune.

Note:
The candidates who have pursued their graduation in any medium other than English will have to complete an orientation course in English provided by the institutes satisfactorily.

Eligibility for MCA

Admission to the course is open to any graduate (10+2+3) of any recognized university satisfying the following conditions:

  1. Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR
  2. Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University).
  3. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
  4. Subject to the fulfillment of above conditions, the final admission is based solely on the merit at the All India entrance test (B-CAT) conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune.
  5. Candidates who are presently studying in the final year of Bachelor’s degree course can also appear for the entrance test and seek admission for MCA programme in the year 2021-2022.
    However, they are eligible for admission only if:
    • The examination of all semesters/years (regular as well as backlog) including theory, practical and project viva is completed by 31st May 2021.
    • The results of the examination is available by 30th June 2021 and the basic qualification mentioned is fulfilled.
    • The last date to submit all the certificates in original shall be August 25th, 2021. If the certificates are not submitted by the said date, eligibility will not be granted and the admission would automatically be cancelled.
  6. The candidate should be an Indian National

Eligibility for BBA/BCA

Eligibility for BBA/BCA

A candidate applying for the BBA/BCA Programme should have passed HSC (10+2) or equivalent examination from any statutory board situated in India.

The candidates who have appeared at the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply provided they complete their examination including practical Examinations, viva / assignments on or before the day of admission to the institute of their choice. Such candidates will have to produce marks statement at the time of admission.

The admission of student, will remain provisional until the other necessary certificates in original, are submitted to the institute. The last date to submit all the certificates (except statement of marks) in original shall be, if certificates are not submitted by the said date or the eligibility is not granted, the admission would automatically stand cancelled. Under no circumstances will an extension of the deadline be made. The candidate should be an Indian national.

Admission Process

  • A candidate desirous of seeking admission to BBA/BCA programme should fulfil the minimum eligibility condition.
  • He / she must have appeared for the B-UMAT Test.
  • The candidates shall be offered admission on the basis of his/her rank in the Combined BBA / BCA merit list and availability of the seats for the programme at a particular institute of the candidates' choice. The candidate has to mention the choice of the institute in the application form.
  • In the case of candidates securing equal number of marks in the Entrance Test, candidates will be ranked according to their percentage of marks scored at SSC or its equivalent examination.
  • When the marks scored in the entrance test, percentage of marks at SSC are the same, candidate will be ranked on basis of computerized random numbering.
